That's what I do. I partner with organizations to design and produce experiences worth showing up for, holding the big idea while managing every detail that makes it real. I become an extension of your team, with one advantage: a singular focus. I'm not juggling everything else on your plate. I set the course and keep everything moving, so you can stay focused on what only you can do.

Groundwork

We start with what matters: your goals, your people, and what this moment needs to accomplish. I ask the questions that surface what's already known — and what's still waiting to be asked.

Design, Planning and Production

I handle everything: project plan, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, event flow, and creative details. You stay informed, not overwhelmed.

Delivery on the Day

I own the day. Every detail is managed so that you and your team can be fully present and enjoy what you worked to create.

Reflect and Measure

Good events deserve a proper close. After the experience wraps, we run a structured retrospective, assess outcomes against the original goals, and document what worked, so every future gathering builds on a stronger one.

Unreasonable × Barclays, Accenture & Pearson

Over seven years, I designed and delivered the in-person and community experience for one of the world's most ambitious impact accelerator programs — built from the ground up. A curated fellowship of entrepreneurs, institutions, and investors who gathered in extraordinary locations around the world to scale solutions to the most pressing global challenges.

A private island in Malaysia. A manor house in the English countryside. A farm in upstate New York. Thirty-plus programs across four continents with an NPS of 88.

Company Off-Site · 2026

ADC Group

End-to-end design and production of a company off-site for ADC Group, bringing a distributed team together from 3 international offices for a 3-day experience designed to deepen relationships, sharpen strategy, and strengthen culture.

Summit Outside

Designed and produced an immersive multi-day gathering at Powder Mountain, Utah for Summit Series, bringing together entrepreneurs, artists, and thought leaders for talks, outdoor activities, and communal experiences — most notably a quarter-mile-long shared dinner table set against the mountain landscape.

Global Pharmaceutical Company × IDEO

Partnered with IDEO to design a scalable senior leadership program activated across the US and Europe, a multi-year engagement bringing C-suite leaders together at a global scale.

For five consecutive years, designed and delivered the annual gathering for 1,400+ education professionals across 26 schools in Los Angeles, in both in-person and virtual formats.

Hi, I'm Reyna

I've always been a host, fascinated by what makes experiences great and obsessed with the details.

I deepened my love of hospitality in New York's top restaurants and nightclubs, where excellence was the baseline. I built an eco-tourism company in Mexico, designing tours you couldn't find anywhere else. And I've gathered founders and investors from around the world on a private island in Malaysia to take on pressing global challenges. The ingredients have always been the same: care about people, nail the details and make it memorable.

My background spans program leadership, employee experience design, brand and creative direction, space design and production. The through-line across all of it is the same: a belief that great experiences are never the product of one big gesture. They're the accumulation of many small, deliberate ones, and that accumulation is what I'm here to build.

My first glimpse behind a production of a memorable event was at the age of 19 when I was a PA at a Rolling Stones’ concert in Madison Square Garden in New York City.

I knew immediately that I wanted to produce events that created memories worth repeating in stories told years later.

With my communication skills honed at New York University and the City itself creating in me a deep appreciation of diverse people, style, culture, art and how connectivity builds community, I have built a career producing extraordinary events worldwide that reflect what I have learned and what I love doing.

My experience spans 15 years across 4 continents with events staged on remote islands in Malaysia to 1,000 people on a mountainside eating dinner at one long, continuous table.

Whether staged in extraordinary surroundings or a more intimate event in London’s eastside, the goal is always connection and stretching the relationships beyond the last meal, activity or meeting.

Each new event is a challenge to make it even more memorable than the last one, and I love a challenge!
